Refund and Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled and no cash refunds will be offered. The customer may return the product(s) back to us in case they are unhappy with the same (Refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy). We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a credit note valid for a year.
